Mav.next is built for the realities of contacting insurance leads. Compliance safeguards are on by default — but consent starts with you.
You are responsible for ensuring every lead you send to Mav.next has given consent to be contacted via automated SMS and voice calls, as required by the Telephone Consumer Protection Act (TCPA). Mav.next enforces messaging best practices, but it cannot create consent you don’t have.
When you submit leads via a marketing source or CSV import, you confirm the contact has consented to be messaged. Imports require you to confirm TCPA consent before they can run.

The first-message disclosure

The first outbound SMS in any conversation automatically includes the required disclosure — noting that message and data rates may apply and how to get help or unsubscribe (HELP/STOP). You don’t have to add it; the agent does.

Opt-in

When a contact affirmatively agrees to continue, the agent records that opt-in on the contact. Durable consent like this lets the agent pick conversations back up appropriately over time.

Built-in safeguards

Opt-out & HELP

STOP and HELP keywords are honored automatically, in English and Spanish.

Scrubs & blocking

Suppression lists and blocked numbers keep risky leads out before outreach.

State rules

State-specific contact-time restrictions are enforced automatically.

Texting hours

Outreach only goes out within appropriate hours.
